I provide a thoughtful and non-judgmental space for individuals seeking help with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. My work is grounded in respect, curiosity, and collaboration, and is focused on helping people better understand themselves and find lasting relief.
I work primarily with men who are capable, thoughtful, and accustomed to handling things on their own — yet find themselves stuck in familiar cycles of anxiety, compulsive behaviors, or strained relationships. Many value independence and self-sufficiency, but privately feel isolated, frustrated, or uncertain why they continue to find themselves in the same situations.
In our work together, we examine the emotional and relational dynamics shaping these experiences — including longstanding tensions around independence, vulnerability, and connection. Alongside deeper insight, I integrate practical strategies to support clearer decision-making, greater emotional flexibility, and meaningful change over time.
